Installation of New Single Glass Partitioning (Non-Fire Rated), with Frameless Glass Door to separate workplace.
Frameless Glass Partitioning
- Standard Full Height Single Glazed Partitioning
- 10mm toughened glass (approximately 7lm), Height 2250mm
- Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium channels in black, RAL 9005
- Full Height Frameless Glass Door (No 1) & Full Height Frameless Glass Double Door (No 1)
- Top and bottom hydraulic patch fittings, 600mm square section pull handle in black, non-locking
- Aluminium Banding applied from both sides of glazing
Solid Bulkhead Above & Suspended Ceiling
- 50msq of 15mm ceiling grid with 600 x 600 ceiling tiles to match existing
- Solid Bulkhead construction from 70mm stud and track, insulated and boarded over with 12.5mm acoustic board. Finished solid bulkhead to be filled, taped and decorated in white
- Removal of exiting breezeblock and creating opening for glass double doors
