We were more than pleased that Environment Agency has chosen In Out Solutions out of 3 competitors to design and deliver canteen refurbishment for the workspace in Leeds city centre. Our new client was looking for an eco-friendly refurbishment with a look that is more sustainable and appealing.
Product Summary:
To begun with, our team conducted a consultancy to obtain a better understanding of how they operated within the space.
Details of Renovations:
- Strip out works (kitchen, ceiling, flooring, walls, doors)
- Installation of solid walls
- Decoration works
- Installation of brick style vinyl wrap
- New flooring installation – anti slippery vinyl in Polyflor rustic oak accompanied with different coloured vinyl
- Suspended ceiling installation & bulkheads installation to separate ceiling into 3 sections
- Supply and install mat grey & cooper ceiling pendant
- Kitchen installation – Howdens Allendale Kitchen in grey with corian worktops, breakfast bars and moulded sink
- Installation of Preserved Framed Bun Moss Panels
Project Value £28,000 – £30,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
