Frameless  Glass Partitions Batley – We are delighted that Talk Direct has enlisted our services to refurbish their office space at Batley Business & Technology Centre. Talk Direct is an O2 Franchise operating 16 stores across the Yorkshire.

In Out Solutions were invited to bid for Office Refurbishment and glass partitioning contract alongside two of the region’s market leading workspace designers. After a competitive bidding process, In Out Solutions from Leeds, Yorkshire has been awarded the contract for Talk Direct.

Product Summary:

Installation of New Frameless Single Glass Partitioning System (Non-Fire Rated) withFramed Glass Doors to create Boardroom, Meeting Room, Director’s Office and several offices.

Single Glass Partitions

  • Standard Full Height Single Glass Partitioning
  • 12mm toughened glass (approximately 30lm), Height 260mm
  • Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium anthracite channels
  • Framed Glass doors (No. 5), 12mm toughened full height single glazed
  • 600mm centres T handle, satin stainless steel, locking

Solid Partitions

  • Standard Solid Walls (approx. 12lm)
  • Taped, and filled, decorated with matching skirtings
  • Timer Oak Door (No. 1)

Flooring

  • Carpet Installation – progression Duraflor (approx. 110msq)

Other Works

  • Existing walls strip out
  • Suspended Ceiling Installation where needed
  • Acoustic 100mm insulation (approx. 40msq)
  • Walls decoration
  • Smart White Primer

Project Value £25,000 – £30,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
