Installation of New Single Glass Partitioning (Non-Fire Rated), with Framed Glass Door to form No 2 glass rooms within the library
Single Glazed Partitions
• Standard Full Height Single Glazed Partitioning
• 12mm toughened glass (approximately 11lm), Height 2946mm
• Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium channels in anthracite, RAL 7016
• Full Height Framed Glass Doors (No 2) with full height aluminium door frames in anthracite colour, RAL 7016
• Top and bottom offset patch fitting, lever handle with latch, non-locking, non-fire
• Glass Manifestation – DDA compliant manifestation consisted of No 2 rows of 50mm dots or squares
Solid Bulkheads
• 12.8lm @ 0.54m H of solid bulkheads constructed from 70mm stud and track, insulated
• 12.5mm acoustic board. Tape, and decorated in white.
