How We Work

The first thing to probably comes as no surprise. We will receive an enquiry from you asking about our glass installation service. It is at this time that we will want to know more about what it is that you want, what you hope to achieve and of course the size of the space that we are working with.

Before we even confirm your order we need to know exactly what it is that you need. Of course, we can ask you questions which will tell us plenty of information. However, the best thing to do is to come and see you and see the space that you are hoping to change. This visit is completely free and has no obligation to you.

Once we know more about what you need and the space you have, then we will be able to put together a proposal for you. This proposal will not only contain a price that you can expect to pay for the work, but also contain a drawing of what you plan and how you can expect it to look when it is completed.

Following your approval we will schedule the installation and manufacture the material.

When the proposal has been agreed and we have set a date, then the installation can begin. Installation will usually be broken down into two stages. The first is the aluminium frame, which will make sure that the glass is installed safely and securely (as well as giving it a beautiful look). Once the aluminium frame is in place, we will take exact measurements for glass to be manufactured. then the time has come to put the glass in place.

We always work to make sure that your installation happens as quickly as possible, that you don’t have too much down-time within your business, but that you are always left with the best quality possible.
