Office Fit Out Castleford Yorkshire – In Out Solutions have been awarded to fit out new office for AMG group in Castleford, Yorkshire. Refurbishing and Designing new office can be an exciting experience. This project was fantastic opportunity for us to work on something rewarding. For this project our brief was simple, to create modern, clean and sophisticated workplace that our client would be proud of.
Project Summary
Within the few weeks, we have carried out several tasks:
- Strip out of existing solid walls
- Installation of new solid walls consisted of 70mm stud and track structure.
- Installation of new single glass partitions to create several meeting room
- Decoration of all walls, ceilings, timber doors
- Installation of suspended ceiling
- Installation of supporting RJS beam
- Installation of Durafloor carpet
Single Glazed Partitions
- Standard Full Height Single Glazed Partitioning
- 12mm toughened glass (approximately 22lm), Height 2480mm
- Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium channels in black, RAL 9005
- Full Height Framed Glass Doors (No 4) with full height aluminium door frames in black, RAL 9005
- Hydraulic hinges, 600mm square section pull handle in black, RAL 9005, non-locking
- Full Height Entrance Frameless Glass Double Doors (No 1)
- Top and bottom hydraulic patch fittings, 600mm square section pull handle in black, RAL 9005
- DDA complaint manifestation consisted of No 2 rows of 50mm dots or squares
Project Value £50,000 – £60,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
