Michael Rosko, Managing Director
Here at In Out Solutions we were created by our Managing Director Michael Rosko during 2010.
Michael had worked with the construction industry for more than 15 years now and, after being made redundant from his job, he decided that it was the perfect time to dive into the world of self-employment.
He came up with the idea of creating his own company – In Out Solutions ltd and worked hard to secure some amazing clients to get the business off to the very best start. He secured projects with Leeds Council, as well as this he has also worked on a range of projects including those that are based throughout Yorkshire and the rest of the UK too.
Michael has taken up the mantle of working as the managing director of this busy and thriving business. He is in charge of the day to day running of the business, he is responsible for making sure that the business continues to grow. He identifies the key areas that the business can move and develop in and making sure that they are always focusing on the future and their goals.
Across the business, In Out Solutions Ltd are always focused on ensuring that our customers have the very best service possible. Whether this is a small project, or something that is much bigger and will take a much longer time. We will work with you to ensure that you have the exact results that you are hoping for and that your business premises are everything that you want them to be.
Away from running In Out Solutions and pushing it forward to success; Michael has a busy life. He loves spending time with his family (his wife, his two little girls and his dog Casper). He loves to spend his time cycling, as well as gardening. In fact, he currently has a project that he is working on, building a new playground in his garden for his two daughters.
