Acoustic Glass Office Partition System for Glasgow Client

We have been selected to design and deliver an acoustic glass office partition system for a new client, Nami Surgical, in Glasgow.

Nami Surgical was founded in 2021 by Dr. Nico Fenu and Dr. Rebecca Cleary, researchers at the University of Glasgow’s Centre for Medical and Industrial Ultrasonics. Built on Dr. Fenu’s PhD research, the company was established to address a clear clinical gap: the lack of a robotic platform offering integrated articulated ultrasonic advanced energy.

For this project, In Out Solutions has been appointed to deliver an acoustic glass wall with a framed glass door, providing a practical combination of acoustic performance, privacy and contemporary design. The glass partition system features aluminium frames finished in Black RAL 9005, creating a sleek and professional appearance that complements the surrounding environment. The doors are to be fitted with hydraulic hold-open hinges, a 600mm pull handle and an acoustic drop-down seal to help enhance the acoustic performance of the completed installation. We have also supplied a 1200mm frosted privacy band, providing additional privacy while retaining the benefits of natural light and the visual openness associated with glass partitioning.
