Michael Rosko, Managing Director

In Out Solutions Ltd was founded by our Managing Director, Michael Rosko, in 2010. With more than 15 years of experience working within the construction industry, Michael combined his industry knowledge, practical experience and ambition to establish his own business.

Following redundancy from his previous role, Michael saw an opportunity to take the next step in his career and become self-employed. He founded In Out Solutions with the aim of building a reliable and professional company that could deliver high-quality solutions while providing a personal level of service to every customer.

Building In Out Solutions

From the beginning, Michael worked hard to establish the business and develop strong relationships with clients. Some of the early projects included work for Leeds City Council, alongside a growing portfolio of commercial and residential projects across Yorkshire and throughout the UK.

Over the years, In Out Solutions has continued to develop and expand its services, with Michael remaining closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business. As Managing Director, he oversees the company’s operations, identifies opportunities for future development and ensures the business continues to move forward while maintaining its core values.

Michael’s role involves looking at both the immediate needs of the business and its long-term direction. From project planning and customer relationships to business development and future growth, he remains committed to building on the company’s reputation and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Our Approach

At In Out Solutions Ltd, our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Whether it is a small residential project or a larger commercial installation, we take the time to understand what each client wants to achieve.

Life Outside In Out Solutions

Away from running In Out Solutions and continuing to develop the business, Michael enjoys spending time with his family. He lives a busy family life with his wife, their two daughters and their dog, Casper.

When he has time away from work, Michael enjoys cycling and gardening. He also enjoys taking on practical projects at home and is currently working on a particularly special one – building a new playground in the garden for his two daughters.

While In Out Solutions has grown considerably since it was established in 2010, Michael’s original commitment remains at the heart of the business: to provide customers with a high-quality service, practical solutions and a finished result they can be proud of.
