- Top and bottom hydraulic patch fittings, 300mm pull handles in SSS, non-locking, non-fire rated
- DDA compliant manifestation 100mm squares
- Dismantling and reinstalling one glass door and No 2 glass panels
Maintenance Works
- Make flooring good where existing partition was removed
- Make good suspended ceiling, supply and install new ceiling tiles
- Plaster where necessary
- Apply new skirting boards to match existing in the area
